Each processor supports up to 4 channels of DDR4 memory. To realize full performance at least 1
DIMM must be inserted into each channel.

With single-processor configurations, 4 DIMM slots are available. 4 additional DIMM slots are
available with the 2nd CPU & Memory Module.

The CPUs determine the speed at which the memory is clocked. If an 1866MT/s capable CPU is
used in the system, the maximum speed the memory will run at is 1866MT/s, regardless of the
specified speed of the memory.

ONLY registered and load reduced DDR4 DIMMs are supported.
DDR3 DIMMs ARE NOT SUPPORTED.

In order for some Blu-ray titles to play, they may require a DVI or HDMI digital connection and your
display may require HDCP support. HD-DVD movies cannot be played on this workstation.
